🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- End-to-end recruitment for Head Office and project sites.
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer letters.
- Building a strong talent pipeline.
• HR Operations:
- Managing employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit).
- Maintaining HRMIS, employee records, and drafting HR policies.
- Handling confirmations, transfers, and promotions.
• Payroll & Compliance:
- Monthly payroll coordination, attendance & leave verification.
- Timely Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
- Ensuring labor law and statutory compliance.
